1. Visa Requirements for Entry into Indonesia

It is imperative to note that travelers hailing from member countries of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), which encompass Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor Leste, and Vietnam, are entitled to visa-exempt entry into Indonesia. This privilege necessitates possession of a valid passport and a confirmed departure ticket.

For travelers originating from a list of 92 countries (please refer to the comprehensive list provided here), there exists the option to acquire a Visa on Arrival (VOA) upon their arrival in Indonesia. Alternatively, they may choose to apply for an electronic VOA prior to their departure to Indonesia.

To facilitate the electronic acquisition of the Visa on Arrival, foreign nationals can access the following website: https://molina.imigrasi.go.id. Payment for this service can be made online through Visa, MasterCard, or JCB.

It is important to emphasize that individuals who do not fall within the categories eligible for a Visa on Arrival must procure a visa either through the Indonesian Embassy/Consulate in their respective country of residence or, if feasible, electronically, in accordance with the purpose of their visit. Electronic visa applications can be submitted via the following link: [https://molina.imigrasi.go.id/].

It should be noted that INCOGITE Committee will issue official participation letters to conference speakers and attendees in preparation for the event scheduled to take place from 19 to 20 June 2024.

  1.       Customs Declaration

All individuals arriving in Indonesia from foreign countries are required to complete and submit an Electronic Customs Declaration (ECD) Form online. It is advisable to complete this form prior to departure. Upon submission, travelers will receive an instant QR Code on their mobile devices or via email, which must be presented during the customs clearance process. We recommend taking a screenshot of the QR Code and having it readily accessible on your mobile device or in printed form.

The Electronic Customs Declaration (ECD) Form can be accessed via the following link: https://ecd.beacukai.go.id.
