Peer Review Process

All papers that adhere to the submission guidelines will undergo peer review, where they will be evaluated for originality, technical or research depth, relevance to the conference topics, contributions, and readability. Authors will be notified of acceptance via email. Upon acceptance, authors will have the  opportunity to incorporate reviewer suggestions and submit final camera-ready manuscripts by the specified deadline.

Each manuscript submitted will undergo thorough evaluation by 2 (two) reviewers, each possessing expertise in the pertinent subject area, as part of a double blind peer-review process.

Submitted manuscripts will be comprehensively assessed, considering all components including the Abstract, Introduction, Literature Review & Hypothesis Development, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and appropriate references.

Decisions regarding acceptance, revision suggestions, or rejection will be rendered based on the feedback and recommendations provided by the reviewers, and will ultimately be made by the Scientific Board.

Authors are encouraged to address all comments provided by the reviewers and to enhance their manuscripts accordingly.

Manuscripts returned to authors for revision should be re-submitted via the Conference’s submission system within a maximum period of two weeks from the receipt of the email notification.
